Doula services include:
1. 2-3 Prenatal visits during which I will assist with writing a birth plan, discussing specific personal comfort measures, and address any other questions that arise. I can also help address any psychological or physical issues that may impact the birth.
2. Unlimited telephone support as needed for information, updates, etc.
3. The complete duration of the birth which includes:
Early labor at the couple's home if they desire,continuing through the rest of the birth to the first initial breastfeeding at the hospital.
4. A Postpartum visit that includes:
Your child's personal birth story as written from the doula's notes. Any further assistance with breastfeeding may be addressed as well as clarification of what events took place during the birth.
